For 304 stainless steel tube heat resistance, it has good oxidation resistance in intermittent use at 8700C and continuous use at 9250C. Continuous use of 304 in the 425-8600C range is not recommended if subsequent water corrosion resistance is important. These Hastelloy B2 Weld Neck Flanges should not be used in oxidizing media or where oxidizing contaminants are available in reducing media.

Inconel 625 bar is typically part of the types of equipment used in marine applications such as heat exchangers, fasteners and cable jackets.

The high amounts of nickel and chromium in austenitic stainless steels provide excellent mechanical properties, as well as excellent corrosion resistance.

Incoloy 825 is stable annealed at 940°C. The softest structure was obtained at 980°C. Sections heavier than sheet, strip and wire should be quenched to avoid sensitivity.

It is alsohighly resistant to inorganic acids, especially if they contain chlorides.

Hastelloy C276 boards can be easily welded using the most traditional processes. In general, 2.4819 Hastelloy C276 Coil does not require post weld heat treatment. Brushing these boards with stainless steel wire after the welding operation usually removes the hot color and likewise creates surface areas that do not require additional pickling.
