Manufacturer of 1.4401 Round Bar and 316 Stainless Steel Hollow Bar in China, custom sizes and wide range of sizes

SS 316 Round Bar is widely used in applications when exposed to chemical corrodents, as well as marine astomosperes.  SS 316 Round Bar is stocked in sizes ¼” through 6” round, if you need a size that is not listed to contact us to inquire.  This product is dual certified 316/316L. The Stainless Steel 316 Round Bars are made with austenitic stainless steel. The chemical composition of the material would include chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, which gives the round bars its unique properties. The addition of molybdenum in the 1.4401 Round Bar increases its corrosion resistance properties, more than the ss 304 grade. This is a specification for both hot rolled and cold drawn rods, but not the forged ones. The SS 316 Rods have improved hardness and are capable of withstanding the high temperatures. The AISI 316 Annealed Stainless Steel Bars are available in different shapes, sizes, and dimensions, and can be customized according to the requirements.

1.4401 Round Bar SS 316 Round Bar

The 316 Stainless Steel Hollow Bars are a mechanical tubing which is mainly used for mechanical and machining applications. They have high strength, durability and they are capable of withstanding high temperatures. They can also resist corrosion effectively. The AISI 316 Annealed Stainless Steel Bars also has similar properties, but they have better corrosion resisting capabilities. This is due to the annealing process. However, it comes with less strength when compared to the 316 ss Hollow bars. The chemical composition of the SS 316 bars and SS 316 rods are the same, but they have a different structure. The bar is solid, rigid and has a uniform cross-section which is smaller than its length. 1.4401 Round Bar has a flat surface. The rod can be defined as a cylindrical and elongated object which has curved cross sectional area having an uniform circumference.

316 Stainless Steel Round Bar suppliers offer hot rolled, cold finished and annealed SS 316 Rod at wholesale prices in China

Steel Plate are often used for structural and construction applications, pressure vessels, marine and offshord equipment, and military applications. The grade, elements and parameters of a steel plate are also important in how it is used.
Steel plates are classified by thickness: thin plate, medium plate, thick plate and extra-thick plate.
Thin steel plates are steel plates with a thickness between 0.2-4mm produced by hot rolling or cold rolling, and thick steel plates are those with a thickness of more than 4mm
The general name of the good board.
Thin steel plate refers to a steel plate with a thickness of not more than 3 mm. The commonly used thin steel plate thickness is 0.5-2MM, which is divided into sheet and coil supply. Thin
The steel plates are generally B-type steels, cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel plates with steel grades B0-B3. Requirements for thin steel plates: smooth, smooth surface, thick
The degree of uniformity, allowing a tight iron oxide film, must not have cracks, scarring and other defects. The process is divided into hot rolled sheet steel and cold rolled sheet
plate. Mainly used in Changlin Dongfeng fans, automobiles, electrical equipment, vehicles, agricultural machinery, containers, steel furniture, etc.
Thick steel plates refer to steel plates with a thickness greater than millimeters. Thick steel plate is divided into extra-thick steel plate and medium-thick steel plate.
Medium and heavy steel plates refer to steel plates with a thickness greater than 3 mm and less than 50 mm. Medium and thick steel plates are mainly used in shipbuilding, boilers, bridges
Armor and high-pressure vessel shells, etc.
Extra-thick steel plate refers to a steel plate with a thickness of not less than 50 mm. Extra-thick steel plates are mainly used in shipbuilding, boilers, bridges and high-pressure vessel shells
