The Alloy Steel A182 Grade F22 WNRF Flanges features a long tapered hub which could be welded with a pipe. The high creep strength and high-temperature resistance of ASTM A182 F11 Alloy Steel Threaded Flanges favor them to work in the petrochemical industry. Low alloy steels contain trace quantities of alloyants such as niobium, nitrogen, vanadium, copper, nickel, chromium, titanium, calcium, molybdenum, rare earth elements, or zirconium. After hot working, forgings shall be cooled to a specific temperature prior to heat treatment, which shall be performed in accordance with certain requirements such as heat treatment type, austenitizing/solution temperature, cooling media, and quenching.
