acero inoxidable placa lamina bobina 904L N08904 SUS 890L

904l stainless steel plate is a super austenitic stainless steel that provides moderate to high corrosion resistance in a variety of environments. A mixture of chromium and nickel content, along with the addition of molybdenum and copper, provides excellent corrosion resistance. With nickel 25% and molybdenum 4.5%, ASTM B625 UNS N08904 provides good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting and general corrosion, which are superior to 316L and 317L.

Alloy 904L (UNS N08904) is a super austenitic stainless steel designed to provide moderate to high corrosion resistance in a variety of process environments. The combination of high chromium and nickel content, with the addition of molybdenum and copper, ensures good corrosion resistance.

It was developed to burst into environments containing dilute sulfuric acid. 904l stainless steel plate has good resistance to inorganic acids such as hot phosphoric acid. It can be easily welded and machined by standard manufacturing processes. The stainless steel 904l plate is very malleable and easy to shape. The addition of molybdenum and nitrogen provides more robust processing equipment, which may be necessary compared to standard 304/304L grades.

904L stainless steel plate is such a wear plate that can withstand a lot of soaring pressure. Perforated panels provide a smooth surface, thick frame and are said to be weatherproof. astm a240 type 904l has excellent resistance to warm seawater and chloride attack. Its high resistance to stress corrosion cracking is due to the high content of nickel in its composition. Furthermore, the addition of copper creates resistance to sulfuric acid and other reducing agents under corrosive and mild conditions.
