ansi A350 LF2 carbon steel flange manufacturer
ASTM A350 Grade LF2 is a plain carbon steel usually supplied in normalized, normalized and tempered or quenched and tempered condition.
It is typically characterized by moderate strength and impact toughness and is widely used in the manufacture of flanges and fittings, as well as in applications requiring low temperature service where corrosion resistance is not critical. Different pressure classes and wall thicknesses corresponding to the pressure capabilities of LF2 Class1 flanges. Levels are 150, 300 and up to 2500. Pressure numbers are also used to indicate the pressure capability of A350 Lf2 Class1 flanges ranging from PN6 to PN64. The material is carbon steel with high toughness. These are used to easily maintain, inspect and remove part of the piping system. We manufacture A350 Gr Lf2 class 1 butt weld flanges with medium strength and impact toughness. A350 Gr Lf2 grade is widely used in the manufacture of flanges and fittings. These are used where corrosion is not an issue, such as low temperature applications.
