ASTM B167 Inconel Seamless Pipe enveloped by this specification can be manufactured and supplied in any one of the following conditions i.e. ¨C cold worked annealed, hot worked annealed, or the seamless Inconel Alloy Pipe could be hot finished.

Inconel 718 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy designed to resist a variety of severe corrosive environments, crevice corrosion and pitting corrosion. This nickel alloy also exhibits extremely high yield, tensile and creep rupture properties at elevated temperatures. Inconel 718 is intended for long-term use from low temperatures to 1200¡ãF.

Compared to stainless steel, this material has a lower yield strength of 148MPa minimum and 462MPa minimum tensile strength. Nickel 200 ERW pipe is also dense as it contains 99% nickel as well as carbon manganese, silicon, iron, sulfur and copper. The density is 8.9 grams per cubic centimeter.
