C22 nickel alloy offers better overall corrosion resistance to its sister alloy Hastelloy C-276, more specifically, it provides better protection when used in certain saturated wet chlorine environments. Hastelloy c22 is acceptable austenitic tungsten, nickel, chromium and molybdenum based alloy that is having well-improvised resistance ability against stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.
