B622 N10675 pipes of high quality
Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. It also withstands sulfuric, acetic, formic and phosphoric acids, and other nonoxidizing media. B-3 alloy has a special chemistry designed to achieve greater thermal stability than B-2 alloy, resulting in easier fabrication.
Hastelloy B-3 is suitable for applications requiring Hastelloy B-2. Like Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy B-3 should not be used in the presence of iron or copper salts as these may cause rapid corrosion. Hastelloy B3 tubes are well known for their primary function in high stress conditions and their application is evident in high temperature regions. However, these pipelines can encounter many challenges. They are not resistant to wet hypochlorite bleach or chlorine. These pipes are specially designed to resist hydrochloric acid at various concentrations and temperatures. Pipes can be easily produced using professional cold working methods.
