Butt-welding Pipe Fittings Incoloy 800 1.4876 Stub End
Incoloy Alloy 800 is widely used in equipment that must have high strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other harmful effects of high temperature exposure. For services requiring optimum creep and rupture properties, use Incoloy 800H or 800 HT. The high content of nickel and chromium in the alloy also provides good corrosion resistance.
Incoloy 800 Tubing Alloy 800 Tubing ASTM B163 B407 ASME SB163 SB407 N08800 Incoloy 800 EN 10216-5 1.4558 Seamless Tubing. Incoloy 800 pipe is designed to resist oxidation and carburization.
Incoloy 800 is a solid solution strengthened nickel, chromium and iron alloy with small additions of aluminum and titanium. Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 800HT are developments of Incoloy 800 with better performance at elevated temperatures. ASME design codes provide Incoloy H and HT with higher design strength than Incoloy 800 and allow them to be used at higher temperatures.
