Butt-welding Pipe Fittings Incoloy 800H Z8NC33-21 Stub End
For applications requiring higher resistance to stress rupture and creep, especially above 1500¡ãF (816¡ãC), use INCOLOY Alloys 800H and 800HT.
Alloy 800 has moderate corrosion resistance to many aqueous media and is resistant to stress corrosion cracking due to its nickel content. At high temperatures, it has resistance to oxidation, carburization and vulcanization as well as fracture and creep strength.
800H modification to adjust carbon content (0.05 to 0.10%) and grain size (>ASTM 5) to optimize stress fracture properties. To ensure optimum high temperature performance, Incoloy 800 H has additional modifications to titanium and aluminum (0.85% to 1.2%). Double certified, the alloy combines the properties of both forms. The chemical balance of this alloy makes it excellent against carburizing, oxidizing and nitriding atmospheres.
