Incoloy 825 flanges manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.5 are made of annealed material only and are rated for a maximum temperature of 538°C [1000°F]. It is available in a variety of styles including weld neck, slip-on, blind hole, threaded, lap joint, long weld neck and socket weld. Flanges can be forged to ASTM B564 UNS N08825 or made of ASTM B424 Gr. N08825 plate (blind plate and plate flange only), nominal composition 42Ni-21.5Cr-3Mo-2.3Cu.

Hastelloy C276 flanges are made of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy called Hastelloy. The composition includes 50.99% nickel, 14.5% chromium, 15% molybdenum and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, cobalt, iron and phosphorus. Long butt weld flanges, also known as LWN flanges, are similar to the standard. Weld neck flange, but the neck is much longer.
