The Corrosion Resistant HASTELLOY alloys are widely used by the chemical processing industries. The need for reliable performance leads to their acceptance and growth in the areas of energy, health and environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and flue gas desulfurization industries.

Hastelloy C2000 is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, this type of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy is renowned for its superior strength and corrosion resistance.

It is able to withstand a wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

It demonstrates good resistance to neutral and reducing environments. This alloy creates a tenacious oxide, protective film that does not spall off, but it retains superior oxidation resistance at soaring temperatures.

Hastelloy X is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy. It has excellent oxidation resistance, workability and high temperature strength. It also exhibits good resistance to stress corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications. It shows very good ductility after prolonged exposure at 1200 to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. It has excellent forming and welding properties, and is widely used in furnaces for aircraft and gas turbines.

Hastelloy tube has a melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius and is used in power generation, petrochemical, gas processing and chemical equipment. In addition, Werkstoff 2.4819 Hastelloy c-276 tubing is used in industries such as seawater equipment, offshore oil drilling, and paper and pulp.

Hastelloy C276 flanges are made of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy called Hastelloy. The composition includes 50.99% nickel, 14.5% chromium, 15% molybdenum and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, cobalt, iron and phosphorus. Hastelloy C276 flanges have a high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius.

Alloy C-276 has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. It is also one of the few materials that can withstand the corrosive effects of wet chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

Hastealloy is a term that refers to a group of corrosion resistant metal mixtures that are based on nickel. Hastealloys have a unique combination of properties that provide them with significantly stronger corrosion resistance capabilities compared to traditional alloys. As such, it was widely accepted in the chemical process and associated industries, and now has a 50-year-old track record of proven performance in a vast number of corrosive chemicals.

These flanges are usually welded or screwed. In those instances where welding or bolting the flange is not possible, many industries prefer using WNR 2.4602 Threaded Flanges.

Alloy N10675 is a high corrosion resistant nickel molybdenum Alloy. This alloy is characterized by a high resistance against hydrochloric acid and other reducing media in a wide range of temperature and concentration.

Hastelloy C-276 alloy can be forged, hot-upset, and impact extruded. Although the alloy tends to work-harden, it can be successfully deep-drawn, spun, press formed or punched.
