Alloy C22 is one of the most corrosion-resistant alloys available, even outperforming C276 and 625. It is resistant to almost all reducing and oxidizing environments, including strong oxidizers, seawater, and organic acids.

Hastelloy C22 Spectacle Blind Flange is the ability of the alloy to resist corrosion. For instance, Hastelloy C22 is known to have enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion as well as stress related corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy G30 is a combination of nickel, chromium, iron, cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten and manganese. Hastelloy G30 is primarily used to provide high resistance to chemical conditions. Hastelloy G30 is a high performance alloy with surface stability at high temperatures. In the welded form, the corrosion resistance is also carried over. Hastelloy G30 fasteners are highly ductile. Hastelloy G30 resists deformation at high temperatures. Hastelloy G30 is used in applications requiring high corrosion and deformation resistance. Using cold working, these fasteners are hardened. These fasteners have high oxidation resistance.

Hastelloy C276 bushings have excellent resistance to strong oxidizing salt solutions such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride. Alloy C-276 has excellent phosphoric acid resistance at all temperatures below boiling point and concentrations below 65%.

It is used in flue gas desulfurization systems because of its excellent resistance to sulfur compounds and chloride ions encounted in most scrubbers.

Hastelloy C276 is known for its excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive media. It includes chloride ions, sulfur compounds, etc. In addition, this alloy has excellent resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It helps resist the corrosive effects of wet chlorine, chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite. This product is ideal for seawater applications.

Hastelloy C-276 resists the formation of grain boundary deposits in the weld heat affected zone, making it a candidate material for most chemical and petrochemical processing applications in the as-welded state. The alloy resists general and localized corrosion, including pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy c22 fasteners are also resistant to wear in high temperature atmospheres and corrosive environments. Hastelloy B2 is also known as UNS N10665 that is corrosion resistant and solid solution molybdenum-nickel alloy.

Alloy B2 (UNS N10665 / W.Nr. 2.4617) is a solid solution strengthened, nickel-molybdenum alloy, typically used in extreme reducing conditions.

Alloy C276 Forged Flange Hastelloy C276 Flanges are made up of the nickel chromium molybdenum alloy that is called hastelloy. The Hastelloy C276 Flanges have high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius. This high melting point allows for higher operating temperatures of the flanges. It has excellent forming and welding properties, and is widely used in furnaces for aircraft and gas turbines.
