Alloy C276 plate is a high strength grade designed to be thicker than 6mm. The panels have a minimum tensile strength of 601mpa and a minimum yield strength of 204.8mpa. C276 composite panels are made by bonding two or metals in place. Meanwhile, Alloy C276 is resistant to oxidation at 1800¡ãF in the open air. However, alloy C276 is generally not recommended for high temperature service. The high molybdenum content makes alloy C276 prone to catastrophic oxidation under stagnant conditions, such as under solid deposits.

Hastelloy B3 pipe is significantly resistant to corrosion resistance at reducing atmosphere. Hastelloy B2 pipes are having excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acid and sulphuric acid.

Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion and stress corrosion cracking and better thermal stability than alloy B-2. HASTELLOY C276 is a Nickel-chromium-molybdenum wrought alloy that is considered the most versatile corrosion resistant alloy available. This alloy is resistant to the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process applications in an as welded condition. Alloy C-276 also has excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900¡ãF. Alloy C-276 has exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical environments.

Hastelloy B2 studs have poor corrosion resistance to oxidizing environments and are therefore not recommended for use in oxidizing media or in the presence of iron or copper salts as they may cause rapid premature corrosion failure.

C2000 flanges have better temperature capabilities in hydrofluoric, sulfuric, and diluted hydrochloric acids due to the addition of copper.

Due to reduced ductility, B2 fasteners are not recommended for use between 1000¡ãF and 1600¡ãF.
