Hastelloy C276 N10276 2.4819 DIN125 plain washer
Alloy C276 is a nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy C276 is designed for excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance in a variety of environments. These alloys also show resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Hastelloy C276 material is designed with good mechanical properties. They have a minimum tensile strength of 601Mpa and a minimum yield strength of 204Mpa. This material makes the alloy easy to machine and elongate. They are widely used in pulp and paper production, sour gas wells, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, waste treatment, food processing systems and more.
Alloy C-276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with additional tungsten. Alloy C-276 exhibits excellent resistance in a variety of chemical process environments, including ferric and cupric chlorides, thermally contaminated organic and inorganic media, chlorine, formic and acetic acids, seawater, brine, and hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution. Additionally, Alloy C-276 prevents the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat affected zone, making it useful for most chemical processes in the weld condition.
