Hastelloy C2000 is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, this type of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy is renowned for its superior strength and corrosion resistance.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

Hastelloy C-276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten alloy with excellent general corrosion resistance and good machinability. The alloy should be considered for use in environments requiring resistance to thermally contaminated inorganic acids, organic and inorganic chloride-contaminated media, chlorine, formic and acetic acids, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, seawater and brine solutions.

Alloy N10675 is a high corrosion resistant nickel molybdenum Alloy. This alloy is characterized by a high resistance against hydrochloric acid and other reducing media in a wide range of temperature and concentration.

Hastelloy C-4 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with outstanding high temperature stability. It has high ductility and corrosion resistance. It’s high temperature resistance up to 1900 ¡ãF (1038 ¡ãC) makes it suitable for most chemical process application in the “as” welded condition.
Like other nickel alloys, it is ductile, easy to form and weld, and possesses exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing solutions (a form of degradation to
which the austenitic stainless steels are prone). With its high chromium and molybdenum
contents, it is able to withstand both oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids, and is resistant to
pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

Hastelloy fasteners such as bolts, screws, nuts and threaded rods are ideal for use in a variety of moderately to severely corrosive acid environments. Hastelloy C22 fasteners are a general-purpose grade composed of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and tungsten alloys. These designs are designed to increase resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking (SSC) and crevice corrosion cracking. It has high chromium content and good resistance to oxidizing media. The presence of molybdenum and tungsten provides good resistance to reducing media. Its nickel content provides admirable resistance to oxidizing aqueous media.

Hastelloy B3 pipe has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking that is chloride induced. The good resistance to a wider range of organic acids makes Hastelloy B2 pipes a popular product.

Hastelloy B3 fasteners are an excellent choice for bolting applications in chemical processing units because the alloy has excellent resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, while maintaining mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Hastelloy C-22 is identified by the Unified Numbering System (UNS) designation of?N06022. It is a nickel based alloy with high nickel (56%), chromium (22%), and molyddenum (13%).

AMS 5754 pipe bend has no yield or tensile strength requirements, but it does require a hardness maximum and stress rupture minimums.

Hastelloy B3’s distinguishing characteristic is its ability to maintain good ductility while transient exposure to intermediate temperatures.

NAS NW276 is a Ni Cr Mo alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. In this alloy, carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone (HAZ) is suppressed and corrosion resistance is improved by reducing the contents of C and Si.

HASTELLOY C-2000 alloy is available in the form of plates, sheets, strips, billets, bars, wires, pipes, tubes, and covered electrodes. Typical chemical process industry (CPI) applications include reactors and heat exchangers.
