Hastelloy C2000 is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, this type of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy is renowned for its superior strength and corrosion resistance.

It demonstrates good resistance to neutral and reducing environments. This alloy creates a tenacious oxide, protective film that does not spall off, but it retains superior oxidation resistance at soaring temperatures.

It is able to withstand a wide range of oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals, and exhibits outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice attack in the presence of chlorides and other halides.

This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

Hastelloy C2000 Tubes are used in a broad range of industries including petrochemical processing, chemical processing equipment manufacturing, oil refineries and power plants.

Machining of Hastelloy UNS N10276 polished plates is best done in the annealed condition. Since this particular alloy grade is prone to work hardening, only low cutting speeds are required.

Like many other nickel alloys, it is ductile and easy to form and weld. This alloy is used in most industrial environments where corrosive chemical environments exist and other alloys fail.

Alloy C276 is increasingly used in aggressive or corrosive environments where other alloys fail.

The high nickel and molybdenum contents make the nickel steel alloy especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in reducing environments while chromium conveys resistance to oxidizing media.

It is used in flue gas desulfurizations systems because of its excellent resistance to sulfur compounds and chloride ions encountered in most scrubbers. C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to pitting and to stress- corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy Nickel Alloy B2 is a very chemically resistant alloy with high resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking in the heat affected zone.

Hastelloy c22 fasteners are also resistant to wear in high temperature atmospheres and corrosive environments. Some of the environments in which these fasteners exhibit resistance are oxidizing media, reducing media, chloride environments, and sulfur environments. They are resistant to attack by chemicals such as nitric acid, chlorine, sulfur, acetic acid, organic, inorganic, phosphorus, etc.

Alloy C-276 has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900¡ãF.

The corrosion resistance property of the alloy is credited to the addition of both Molybdenum and nickel.

The term “flange” is also used for a kind of tool used to form flanges.

This nickel steel alloy also has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chlorine ions.

C22 can be hot worked or cold worked. However, C22 work-hardens rapidly. Therefore, cold working must often be performed in stages with intervening anneals. Parts should be annealed after cold working.

HASTELLOY C-2000 alloy (UNS N06200) is unique among the versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials in having a deliberate copper addition.

Alloy N10675 is a high corrosion resistant nickel molybdenum Alloy. This alloy is characterized by a high resistance against hydrochloric acid and other reducing media in a wide range of temperature and concentration.

Hastelloy C276 Bolts and Nuts can be used in harsh and harsh environments including acid, alkaline, brackish and salt water environments. Hastelloy c276 hex bolts are used in acetic and organic acid production plants. The material has excellent acid resistance to strong oxidants. Hastelloy C276 fasteners are fasteners made from an alloy containing nickel as the base element, which contains chromium and molybdenum, with the addition of tungsten.

Hastelloy C276 flanges are made of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy called Hastelloy. The composition includes 50.99% nickel, 14.5% chromium, 15% molybdenum and carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, cobalt, iron and phosphorus. Hastelloy C276 flanges have a high melting point of 1370 degrees Celsius.

The high chromium content provides good resistance to oxidizing media while the molybdenum and tungsten content give good resistance to reducing media.

UNS N10665 or W.Nr. 2.4617, Hastelloy B2 (also known as “Alloy B2”), is a solid solution reinforced Ni Mori with low additions of carbon, silicon and iron. It can be used to reduce chemical environment and chemical processing industry. However, Hastelloy B2 should not be used in temperatures from 1000¡ãF to 1600¡ãF and should not be used in oxidizing media.

NAS NW276 is a Ni Cr Mo alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. In this alloy, carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone (HAZ) is suppressed and corrosion resistance is improved by reducing the contents of C and Si.
