The plates can also be used for the construction of transport tanks according to Section XII with the minimum and maximum design temperature of -20¡ãF [-29¡ãC] and 650¡ãF [343¡ãC] respectively.

304 Stainless Plate may become slightly magnetic when worked and is not heat treatable.
