INCOLOY Alloy 800 (UNS N08800 / W.Nr. 1.4876) is a widely used material for the manufacture of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength and stability up to 1500¡ãF (816¡ãC).

Incoloy 800 alloy is an alloy of nickel, iron and chromium. The alloy is able to remain stable and maintain its austenitic structure. Incoloy 800 is primarily used in applications up to 1100¡ãF, where 800H and 800HT alloys are typically used above 1100¡ãF where creep and rupture resistance is required. Alloy 800H/HT is used in a variety of applications involving exposure to corrosive environments and high temperatures, such as heat treatment equipment, chemical and petrochemical processing, nuclear power plants and the pulp and paper industry.
