Incoloy 800H elbows in improved high-temperature properties
The 800H modification was to control carbon (0.05 to 0.10%) and grain size to (>ASTM 5) to optimize stress rupture properties.
Our Incoloy 800 C-Channel is a nickel ¨C iron ¨C chromium alloy with the supreme resistance to corrosion, which is also used in extruded tubing for ethylene and steam methane reforming furnaces. For applications requiring maximum ductility, alloys with low sulphur levels can be supplied by producers using ladle – refining techniques. High Nickel Alloy Pipe Fittings normally remains bright in indoor atmospheres. It can be heat treated to achieve specific mechanical properties and to eradicate residual stresses.
