Incoloy 800H elbows with significantly higher creep rupture strength
The strength of 800H is achieved by controlled levels of carbon, aluminum and titanium along with a 2100¡ãF minimum anneal to achieve a grain size of ASTM 5 or coarser.
The close control of the aluminum, titanium, and carbon contents in conjunction with a high-temperature anneal result in the higher strength. Incoloy is a group of superalloys having good resistance and tolerances. The Incoloy 800 is an alloy of iron, nickel, and chromium. These alloys are extremely resistant to corrosion and oxidation. They don¡¯t deform or dissociate easily under extreme pressures and elevated temperatures.
