Incoloy 800H N08810 metal sheet price
Incoloy Alloy 800 is widely used in equipment that must have high strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other harmful effects of high temperature exposure. For services requiring optimum creep and rupture properties, use Incoloy 800H or 800 HT. The high content of nickel and chromium in the alloy also provides good corrosion resistance.
Inconel 800 Coils has excellent weldability, a common property of austenitic steels, and high mechanical quality, which provides strong ductility and is recommended for many cold forming operations. These Alloy 800 plates are used for parts that heat and cool in the 800 to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit range. Alloy 800 coil cannot be hardened by heat treatment, but higher properties can be obtained by cold rolling. At the same time, the high temperature resistance of Incoloy 800 Strip is comparable to that of Inconel 800h Plate. It is also stable in long term high temperature service. Tight chemical control and solution annealing heat treatments are designed to provide optimum creep and rupture properties for Incoloy 800h plate and ASTM B409 UNS N08811. Inconel 800 Plate can be cold formed by standard methods.
