Incoloy 800H pipe for Industrial furnace components and equipment
The Alloy 800H Pipe works well in applications when they are exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period of time.
Incoloy 800 was the first of these alloys and it was slightly modified into Incoloy 800H. This modification was to control carbon (.05-.10%) and grain size to optimize stress rupture properties. It is having commendable tensile strength. Also, it is showing very good resistance ability against carburization and oxidization when exposed to the greater temperature. The extra carbon content allows them to possess superior creep rupture properties that are above 1100 degrees F.
