Incoloy 825 2.4858 N08825 steel billet
Alloy 825 flat bar (UNS N08825) has good mechanical properties from low to moderately high temperatures. However, exposure to temperatures above 1000 degrees Fahrenheit can cause microstructural changes that significantly reduce ductility and impact strength.
Inconel 625 Square Bars are resistant to a variety of reducing chemicals and caustic alkalis, and have good magnetostrictive properties. The lower carbon content of Inconel 625 flat steel makes the material resistant to graphitization and therefore less prone to embrittlement.
This alloy does not require post-weld heat treatment. They are commonly used in valves, phosphoric acid production, etc. These Nickel 825 flat bars are also used in acid production; thermal vessels for food, water and sea water; pickling tank heaters, tanks and equipment; etc.
