Inconel 600 elbows ASME B36.10 and ASME B36.19 Buttweld pipe fittings
Nickel Alloy 600, also sold under the brand name Inconel 600. It is a unique nickel-chromium alloy that is known for its oxidation resistance at higher temperatures.
The outstanding performance of 600 is that it can resist the corrosion of dry chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride, and the application temperature can reach 650 ¡æ. At high temperature, the annealed and solution treated alloys have good resistance to oxidation spalling and high strength in air. The alloy is also resistant to ammonia gas and nitriding and carburizing atmospheres, but the alloy will be corroded by partially oxidizing media when the redox conditions alternate. The Inconel 600 hardness ranges between 65B to maximum 84B Rockwell. This enables the grade to possess superior strength, ductility, and enhanced wear resistance in stress-induced environments. The Inconel 600 price per kg is between Rs 2000 to Rs 3000.
