inconel 625 2.4856 N06625 pipes with elbow and reducers
Inconel 625 material has excellent strength and hardness. They have a minimum tensile strength of 120Ksi and a minimum yield strength of 60ksi. In addition to that, they can easily be stretched up to 30% and still have excellent workability.
625 sheet meets the low cycle fatigue characteristics specified in UNS N06626 and is also produced and certified to DDQ (Deep Drawing Quality).
The strength of INCONEL 625 alloy is derived from the hardening effect of molybdenum and niobium on its nickel-chromium matrix; therefore, precipitation hardening is not required. This combination of elements also provides excellent resistance to a variety of unusually severe corrosive environments as well as high temperature effects such as oxidation and carburization.
