Inconel 625 round bar Good fatigue resistance

Alloy 625 is a nickel-chromium alloy with high strength, excellent machinability and excellent corrosion resistance. Operating temperature ranges from cryogenic to 1800¡ãF. The strength of Alloy 625 is derived from the hardening effect of molybdenum and niobium on its nickel-chromium matrix; therefore, precipitation hardening is not required. This combination of elements also provides excellent resistance to a variety of unusually severe corrosive environments as well as high temperature effects such as oxidation and carburization.

Alloy 625, Inconel 625, UNS N06625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with high strength, high toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. The strength of Alloy 625, UNS N06625 is due to the hardening effect of molybdenum and niobium on its nickel-chromium matrix. Although this alloy was developed for high temperature strength, its highly alloyed composition also provides a significant level of general corrosion resistance.

625 Inconel alloy round bars are also effective against crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion, and impact corrosion. Inconel 625 bar is corrosion resistant. Last but not least, Inconel 625 round bars are recommended by many manufacturers, especially in highly carburized environments.
