It is recommended to anneal the material after machining and should be done at a temperature between 2050¡ãF and 2150¡ãF, followed by a rapid quench in a protective atmosphere or a stirred reduction quench bath. To obtain a reducing quench bath, add 2% (by volume) ethanol or propanol to water.
