Inconel 718 is a nickel-chromium precipitation hardening alloy that maintains good ductility and high strength at temperatures up to 1300°F.

Inconel 718 Blind Flanges provide high strength without heat treatment. Lap flanges have high tensile strength, mechanical strength, fatigue strength and yield strength. Inconel 718 flanges have excellent corrosion resistance properties such as oxidation, corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion resistance for use in environments.

Hastelloy B2 studs have poor corrosion resistance to oxidizing environments and are therefore not recommended for use in oxidizing media or in the presence of iron or copper salts as they may cause rapid premature corrosion failure.

Unlike chrome-nickel steel, this steel does not reduce corrosion resistance due to carbide precipitation. Inconel WNR 2.4668 Nuts are used in excellent procedures including welding materials to more or less materials of the same chemical composition, this is used in the manufacture of tools for the management of sulfuric and phosphoric acids.

Hastelloy B3 bolts are also known as alloy B-3 bolts and can be found under UNS N10675. This alloy is extremely resistant to pure hydrobromic, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. Many industries, including the chemical industry, consider the alloy easy to machine, and its ductility allows machinists to easily form and even weld.

Nickel alloy 718 bolts are also used for superheat power reasons at room or superheated temperatures for first-class corrosion resistance including resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, in addition to polysulfonic acid strain corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy B3 studs are suitable for all applications that previously required the use of Hastelloy B2 alloy. Due to the enhanced thermal stability of Hastelloy B3 square bolts, the problems associated with manufacturing Hastelloy B2 parts are reduced.

The greatest advantage of Hastelloy B3 bolts compared to B-2 alloys is their ability to maintain excellent ductility during transient exposure to intermediate temperatures.

Another feature of HASTELLOY-X fasteners is their excellent forming and welding characteristics. It can be forged and can be cold worked due to its good ductility. Common applications for Hastelloy x include use in aircraft furnaces and chemical process components.

Hastelloy X Bolts have been widely used in combustion zone components of turbine engines such as transition ducts, combustion chambers, booms and flame holders, as well as afterburners, exhaust pipes and cabin heaters. This alloy is recommended for industrial furnace applications due to its unusual resistance to oxidation, reduction and neutral atmosphere.

Hastelloy X is extremely resistant to stress corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications. All product forms are excellent in forming and welding.

Alloy C-276 has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900¡ãF.

Hastelloy C276 Specialty Bolts are a standard grade of austenitic stainless steel fasteners based on 15% chromium and 57% nickel.

Inconel 600 fasteners are made of Inconel. Different grades of Inconel have different compositions. ASTM B166 Inconel 600 Stud Bolts are made from an alloy with 72% Nickel, 14% Chromium, and 6% Iron, which also contains Carbon, Silicon, Manganese, Sulfur, and Copper.

Inconel 600 Bolts can also be easily formed, machined and welded. The minimum tensile strength of fasteners can reach 825MPa, and the minimum yield strength can reach 620MPa. The strongest are cold-worked round fasteners.

Applications for Inconel 600 Nuts and Bolts can be found in general engineering applications, oil and gas industry applications, aerospace, marine, construction, power generation, and more.

Inconel 601 fasteners can be made into all types of bolts, screws, studs, studs, nuts, washers, dowels and other standardized and custom bolt assemblies.

The alloy is ductile and readily forms Inconel 601 fasteners. It has high mechanical strength, good toughness and excellent corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy Nickel Alloy B2 is a very chemically resistant alloy with high resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking in the heat affected zone.

Corrosion rates are generally accelerated in aqueous media. However, due to the alloy’s strong nickel and chromium chemical base, the corrosion rate of nickel alloy 601 hex bolts is much lower.

This nickel-molybdenum alloy is typically used under extreme reducing conditions and has a much lower composition of carbon, silicon and iron than Hastelloy B (Alloy B). Screws made from this alloy are also known as UNS N10665 fasteners.

Inconel 718 or Alloy 718 is the most commonly used hardenable Inconel nickel alloy grade. Due to its precipitation hardening and its main nickel and chromium components, this alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength even at high temperatures.

Alloy 718, commonly referred to as Inconel 718, is precipitation hardened to provide maximum strength and high creep stress rupture strength. Alloys can be supplied in the annealed condition to improve machinability, followed by appropriate heat treatment.

Inconel 718 is one of the popular grades containing nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloys as well as aluminum, niobium and titanium elements for excellent chemical and mechanical properties. This alloy provides excellent yield and tensile strength at elevated temperatures.

Inconel Alloy 718 ? is an alloy containing significant amounts of nickel, chromium and molybdenum. It is one of the most popular nickel-based superalloys and is widely used for its excellent resistance to corrosive environments such as crevice and pitting corrosion.

Due to the alloy’s good corrosion resistance, Inconel 718 Hex Head Bolts have been used in food processing equipment, caustic solutions, and general corrosion resistant parts and structures.

Inconel 718 bolts provide corrosion resistance in reducing and neutral media, as well as in oxidizing atmospheres, provided that the oxidizing media allows a passive oxide film to form. Inconel 718 bolts have good mechanical properties and excellent resistance to corrosive environments.

Nickel alloy 718 hex bolts and other fasteners are available in lengths from 3mm to 200mm. Hex bolts are used for easy reinforcement because the hex head can handle high torque values when tightening.

Inconel 718 studs and other fasteners have different types of threads. Available in BSW, UNC, BSF, UNF, Metric or others as required.
