Hastelloy B2 is a nickel base wrought alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures.

NAS NW276 is a Ni Cr Mo alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. In this alloy, carbide precipitation in the heat affected zone (HAZ) is suppressed and corrosion resistance is improved by reducing the contents of C and Si.

VDM Alloy N10675 is a high corrosion resistant nickel molybdenum Alloy. This alloy is characterized by a high resistance against hydrochloric acid and other reducing media in a wide range of temperature and concentration.

It is used in flue gas desulfurization systems because of its excellent resistance to sulfur compounds and chloride ions encounted in most scrubbers. C 276 alloy has excellent resistance to pitting and to stress corrosion cracking. It is also one of the few materials that withstands the corrosive effects of wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide.

Alloy 22 (UNS N06022) is the most versatile Nickel Chromium Molybdenum Tungsten alloy with controlled Iron. Due to Alloy 22’s content this alloy exhibits excellent resistance to both oxidising and reducing acid environments as well as those containing mixed acids.

ASTM B619 UNS N10276 Alloy C276 Tube covers 2 classes under this specification. In class 1, the Hastelloy C276 Tube is furnished in an as welded and solution annealed condition or these tubes could be welded along with being sized and solution annealed.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel iron chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. This nickel steel alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments

Inconel 600 alloy is a nickel chromium stabilized alloy. It has very good oxidation resistance at higher temperatures. In addition, it has excellent resistance to carburizing and chloride containing atmospheres. It is a non magnetic alloy with very good mechanical properties. Inconel 601 is a chromium and nickel based material for applications requiring heat and corrosion resistance. This material stands out for its resistance to high temperature oxidation.

Thus precipitation hardening treatments are not required. This combination of elements also is responsible for superior resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments of unusual severity as well as to high temperature effects such as oxidation and carburization.

The Corrosion Resistant HASTELLOY alloys are widely used by the chemical processing industries. The need for reliable performance leads to their acceptance and growth in the areas of energy, health and environmental, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and flue gas desulfurization industries.

Monel K500 Fasteners are thermally applied or manipulated to affect precipitation. This process is called age hardening. These fasteners have a greater tendency to stress corrosion cracking in a variety of harsh environments when exposed to the age hardening process. It has three times the yield strength compared to the standard version. Monel 500 material is an age-hardenable nickel-copper alloy that combines the corrosion resistance of Alloy 400 with the high strength corrosion fatigue and erosion resistance.

Incoloy 800 Bolts and Incoloy 800HT Bolts can be easily welded and machined through standard shop fabrication practices. However, due to the high strength of the alloys, they require higher power process equipment than standard austenitic stainless steels. Meanwhile, Incoloy 800 fasteners are iron, nickel and chrome alloy fasteners. It has excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at soaring temperatures. They remain very stable at extreme temperatures and retain their austenitic structure.

Monel K500 fasteners are cold worked prior to precipitation hardening. The strength of the fasteners is stable to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Here, at this temperature, it becomes more ductile, reaching toughness around 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Higher strength and hardness after precipitation hardening compared to 400. Due to its numerous advantages, Monel K500 ASTM fasteners are used in a wide range of industries.

It has a higher melting point around 2400 degrees Fahrenheit to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit. Primarily Monel K500 grade is a spark resistant alloy. This becomes non-magnetic below -200 degrees Fahrenheit. In terms of cold working operations, magnetic structures can be achieved. The Monel nickel-copper composition of Monel 500 is highly resistant to corrosion, making it ideal for many types of industrial applications that require extreme environmental protection, such as salt water and strongly acidic conditions.

The chemical composition of Monel K500 ASTM is approximately 65% nickel, 30% copper and 3% aluminum. Monel 500 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance with added high strength corrosion fatigue and erosion resistance. Monel K500 fasteners are non-magnetic at high and low temperatures. The material has the same corrosion resistance as Monel Class 400.

Essentially, Monel 500 is an age-hardened version of Monel 400. This means that Monel 500 is harder and more resistant to corrosion than Monel 400. This material can be used in sour gas applications. Monel K500 Studs maintain corrosion resistance even in high velocity seawater. Hence, these applications are in seawater and marine engineering applications as well as in shipbuilding applications.

Inconel Alloy 800 Bolts are highly resistant to reducing, aqueous and oxidizing environments. They are highly used in temperatures up to 1100 degrees. Inconel Alloy 800 bolts are critical as it can meet almost all of their requirements. Its establishment is done through various operations, such as heat or cold. Generally speaking, the so-called quenching and tempering operations are produced by the operation, and the annealing operation is also carried out for such fasteners.

Hastelloy C276 alloy has excellent resistance to a variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizing agents (such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride), hot fouling media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and seawater and saline solution. In fact, these Hastelloy c276 fasteners can be used in oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900¡ãF. Additionally, Hastelloy c276 hex bolts tend to perform extremely well in high pressure environments. For example, ASTM B574 bolts perform well at pressures around 5400 kPa during acid leaching.

Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum wrought alloy considered to be the most versatile corrosion-resistant alloy known. This alloy is resistant to grain boundary deposits in the weld heat affected zone, making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition. Meanwhile, Hastelloy C276 fasteners are considered to be the most versatile and high-strength fasteners, finding their suitability in many industrial applications. These are nickel-molybdenum-chromium forged alloy fasteners that perform well in a variety of harsh environments. The presence of molybdenum and chromium content makes nickel alloy steel more resistant to crevice and pitting corrosion. Hastelloy c276 bolts are the highest quality bolts in the alloy series. These are corrosion resistant, which is important for the industries in which Hastelloy is best suited.

Alloy A286 is a precipitation hardening combining high strength and good corrosion resistance, austenitic stainless steel designed for temperatures up to 1300¡ãF (704¡ãC) where high tensile strength, excellent creep strength is required and good corrosion resistance. Incoloy Alloy A286 is an iron-nickel-chromium based austenitic iron based material with additions of molybdenum and titanium. Cres A286 alloy is known for its good strength and oxidation resistance, especially at temperatures up to 1300¡ãF (700¡ãC).

Age-hardenable Inconel 718 Heavy Duty Hex Bolts can be easily fabricated, even into complex parts. Inconel UNS N07718 bolts are also commonly found in gas turbine blades, seals and combustors, as well as turbocharger rotors and seals, electric submersible well pump motor shafts, high temperature fasteners, chemical processing and pressure vessels, etc. Other uses for this alloy tend to be in gas turbine components and cryogenic storage tanks. Inconel 625 bolts have a high density of 8.44 grams per cubic centimeter. The material also has high strength values. The minimum tensile strength of the fastener is 880MPa and its minimum yield strength is 460MPa. Inconel 625 nuts have 50% elongation and good electrical resistivity.

INCONEL 625 is a high nickel superalloy commonly used in the oil and gas, petrochemical, aerospace and gas turbine industries. In addition to high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, it has excellent mechanical strength. Inconel 625 fasteners also have a melting point of 1290 to 1350 degrees Celsius. This enables them to operate at high temperatures. High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength make UNS N06625 Class 2 fasteners useful in power plant, chemical, medical and food processing industrial applications.

Grade 1.4529 is a high alloy stainless steel of austenitic structure and can be classified as a nickel alloy (by US standards). Delivered in a supersaturated condition, it exhibits resistance to intergranular corrosion, pitting and stress corrosion, salt, seawater, chlorides, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and other highly concentrated liquid and gaseous corrosive chemicals. At the same time, nickel and nitrogen can not only improve the stability, but also reduce the tendency of separation of crystallization thermal process or welding process is better than the nitrogen content of nickel alloy. 926 has some corrosion resistance to chloride ions due to its localized corrosion characteristics and 25% nickel alloy content.

Monel K500 fasteners have trusted properties such as strength, hardness and fracture toughness, which are achieved through the addition of aluminum and titanium as well as nickel and copper alloys. Its basic composition is similar to ALLOY400, but alloys are added to allow age hardening under controlled temperature and time conditions.

Inconel 625 is an austenitic nickel-based superalloy. High levels of molybdenum and niobium strengthen the chrome-nickel matrix of alloy 625 screws. Inconel 625 Bolts are fasteners made from a nickel-based alloy containing chromium and molybdenum, with additions of aluminum and titanium.
