Stainless Steel 304 Flanges are made up of an austenitic stainless steel that has 18% chromium and 8% nickel in the composition. This composition makes the flanges strong and corrosion resistant for general corrosive services.

Super Duplex UNS S32760 /F55 Flanges are made up of the super duplex grade of stainless steel. The material has 24% chromium, 6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, copper, tungsten, carbon, nitrogen, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, iron and sulfur. The ASTM A182 F55 Flange has high strength and high corrosion resistance. The flanges are made under ANSI Ba6.5, ANSI B16.47 and other international standards.

UNS S32760 is a duplex stainless steel especially designed for service in aggressive chloride-containing environments and has additions of W and Cu compared to UNS S32750. It has very good resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in combination with high mechanical strength.

The flanges are made in different face types. The face types range as flat face, raised face and ring type joint. The SA182 F55 RTJ Flange has a ring type joint. The flange is fixed in two halves.

As there is DIN 2573 PN6 flange and it includes various dimensions and specifications, DIN 2543 pn16 flange is one of the standards which have somewhat same features and qualities like the corrosion resistance is fantastic and high durability.
It is used in applications like chemical industries, petrochemical and many other allied factories.

Stainless Steel 321 Flanges are made up of a titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel. The material has similar composition to the 304 material but with added titanium. This gives the flanges with extra corrosion resistance and strength.

ASTM A182 F51 Flange is made up of a duplex steel material. The material has both ferritic and austenitic qualities in the metallurgic microstructure. The tensile strength of the material is 620MPa and the minimum yield strength is 450MPa.

The 904L grade stainless steel is widely used for various commercial purposes and is known for its abrasion resistance properties. ASTM A453 Grade 660 is a material specification for studs, bolts, nuts and other fasteners, intended for use in high temperature bolting applications. ASTM A453 Grade 660 is classified into 4 property class namely A, B, C & D, each designated with different tensile and stress rupture properties. Grade 660 fasteners are used in bolting boilers, pressure vessels, pipeline flanges and valves, intended for high temperature service. ASTM A453 grade 660 material is chemically equivalent to ASTM B638 grade 660 stainless steel alloy, also known by alloy A286 and UNS S66286, heat treated to achieve properties defined in ASTM A453 specification.

Stainless Steel UNS N08904 stud bolt is hardnable and martensitic stainless steel with corrosion resistance similar to Type410, and also has higher carbon content to increase strength and hardness over Type 410. These stainless steel DIN1.4539 stud bolts can also be hardened through heat treatment, where in the instance, the material is heated to a minimum of 1472 degree F then quenched and cooled.

AISI 904L stud bolts are manufactured to ASTM A182 F904L forged material. AISI 904L stud bolts are manufactured from ASTM A276/A276M and A479/A479M bar stock specifications. 904L washers are made of a non-stabilized low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel. The addition of copper to this grade gives it greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulphuric acid. It is also highly resistant to chloride attack ¨C both pitting / crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. This grade is non-magnetic in all conditions and has excellent weldability and formability. The austenitic structure also gives this grade excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. Due to its intrinsic anti-corrosive properties, 904L can be made into bolts, nuts, washers, studs, socket head cap screws, as well as a wide variety of other fasteners.

904L Lock Washersalso has a high resistance to pitting in chloride solutions, a high resistance to both crevice and stress corrosion cracking.

Stainless Steel Din 1.4539 Nuts is a non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content, which is also resistant to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. The addition of copper to Stainless Steel 904L Hex Nuts gives it corrosion resistant properties superior to the conventional chrome nickel stainless steels, in particular to sulphuric, phosphoric and acetic acids.

904L hex nuts which has maximum service temperature of 450 degree ¡æ . 904L Stainless is the most common of the ¡°4% Molybdenum¡± alloys. It was designed to be an upgrade to 316L and Alloy 20 without incurring the expense of Alloy C276. 904L Stainless has been surpassed in popularity by the ¡°6% Molybdenum¡± alloys such as AL6XN?. Its availability in round bar is limited to metric sizes in 5mm increments. Consequently, inch-size diameter-headed bolts are relatively expensive to manufacture.

254 SMO bolts are made from (UNS S31254) austenitic stainless steel which is very resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion due to its high molybdenum content. This metal is designed for use in halide-containing environments, such as seawater.
