Nimonic 80A hex scoket head cap screw m110 bolt
Similar to Nimonic 75 alloy with good corrosion and oxidation resistance. Creep rupture and tensile properties are high at 815¡ãC (1500¡ãF). It can be hot worked in the temperature range of 1050-1200¡ãC.
Nimonic Alloy 80A is a forging age hardening alloy strengthened with additives such as titanium, aluminum and carbon. It is made by high frequency melting and casting in air. A nickel-chromium alloy similar to NIMONIC Alloy 75 but precipitation hardened by the addition of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has good corrosion and oxidation resistance and high tensile and creep rupture properties at temperatures up to 1500¡ãF (815¡ãC).
