p92 alloy steel pipe

In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the reheat steam pipeline of the power plant, the reheat temperature can be designed to be 621¡ãC, that is, the supercritical temperature. The United States first developed ASTM A335 P92 alloy steel in the late 1980s to meet the heat resistance requirements of this high temperature power plant. Alloy Steel P92 is an improved version of ASTM A335 P91 alloy with deliberate additions of tungsten, vanadium, niobium, reduced molybdenum content to fine-tune the ferrite/austenite ratio, and carefully controlled boron and nitrogen content.
