Nickel Alloy Fasteners

Inconel 600 Bolts are composed of Chromium, Nickel and Molybdenum. This makes these bolts superior to stainless and carbon steel bolts. The lengths of these bolts are between 3mm and 200mm. Inconel 600 Hex Bolts are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. These bolts are designed to handle extreme temperatures and high pressures.

Inconel 600 bolts can be stretched up to 40% and still have excellent machinability. This Alloy 600 bolt has excellent creep rupture performance at elevated temperatures. These bolts are widely used in the petrochemical, chemical and natural gas industries.

Inconel 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy that is the standard material for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance. Inconel 600 also has excellent mechanical properties and has an ideal combination of high strength and good processability. The high nickel content makes Inconel 600 resistant to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and virtually immune to chloride stress corrosion cracking.

Inconel 718 is a high strength, corrosion resistant nickel-chromium material that can be used in temperatures from -423¡ã to 1300¡ãF. Inconel 718 age hardening alloy can be easily fabricated, even into complex parts. The welding characteristics of Inconel 718, especially its resistance to post-weld cracking, are excellent.

Inconel 718 or Alloy 718 is the most commonly used hardenable Inconel nickel alloy grade. Due to its precipitation hardening and its main nickel and chromium components, this alloy has a combination of excellent corrosion resistance and high strength even at high temperatures.

Monel 400 Bolts and Nuts are made from a nickel-copper alloy for extreme corrosion resistance, especially in sour conditions. The material is also strong and rigid and can be used to produce bolts and nuts for high temperature service. Among the ingredients are carbon, aluminum, manganese, silicon, iron, sulfur and 63% nickel and 28% copper. This composition gives the material a high melting point.

Alloy 400 fasteners have a melting point of 1350 degrees Celsius. The density of the material is higher than most chrome-nickel stainless steels. The density of Monel 400 material is 8.8 grams per cubic centimeter. The strength also exceeds that of the 304, 316 and 310 grades of austenitic stainless steels. The minimum yield strength is 240MPa and the minimum tensile strength is 550MPa. UNS N04400 Studs are made from a single strand of Monel 400 material.

The benefits of using 2.4360 (Alloy 400) bolts include their high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The properties of ASTM F467 400 Monel are maintained in a wide range of acidic and alkaline environments. Alloy 400 bolts are ideal for reduced duty applications.

Monel K500 is a nickel-copper alloy that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400 (link) with the added benefits of higher strength and hardness. Performance can be improved by adding aluminum and titanium to the nickel-copper matrix and by heating under controlled conditions to precipitate submicroscopic particles of Ni3 (Ti, Al) throughout the matrix. This is commonly referred to as age hardening or aging.

Hastelloy B3 has excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. In addition, it greatly improves structural stability compared to previous B-type alloys, reducing concerns during welding, fabrication and service.

Inconel 718 Hex Nuts offer high strength and corrosion resistance. Additionally, they are known for their high strength capabilities and 1800¡ãF availability. The excellent corrosion resistance of Inconel 718 at high temperatures is due to the nickel-chromium content, even when resisting chloride stress corrosion cracking. Adding molybdenum to the alloy helps prevent pitting corrosion.

Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion and stress corrosion cracking and better thermal stability than alloy B-2. Hastelloy UNS N10675 fasteners are suitable for aircraft, furnace and chemical process components, honeycomb and gas turbine combustion section components.

Nimonic 80a Nuts are low creep superalloy fasteners made from alloys containing over 50% nickel, 20% chromium, and additions of titanium and aluminum. Nimonic Alloy 80a fasteners can withstand very high temperatures.

Hastelloy C22 fasteners are a general-purpose grade composed of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and tungsten alloys. These designs are designed to increase resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking (SSC) and crevice corrosion cracking. It has high chromium content and good resistance to oxidizing media. The presence of molybdenum and tungsten provides good resistance to reducing media. Its nickel content provides admirable resistance to oxidizing aqueous media.

ASTM B637 UNS N07718 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy designed to eliminate a wide range of severe corrosion conditions, pitting and crevice corrosion. It also exhibits extremely high tensile, yield and creep rupture properties at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for long-term use from low temperatures to 1200¡ãF. One of the defining features of the composition of B637 UNS N07718 is the addition of niobium to allow age hardening, which facilitates welding and annealing without unforced hardening during heating and cooling.

INCOLOY 800/800H/800HT is a family of high nickel superalloys commonly used in the petrochemical processing industry. INCOLOY 800HT is similar to INCOLOY 800/800H, but with improved creep rupture strength. All of these alloys have high corrosion resistance. At higher temperatures, Incoloy 800 fasteners provide resistance to vulcanization, carburization and oxidation, as well as fracture and creep strength. Incoloy 800 bolts are a solid solution austenitic alloy. Appearing in the microstructure of Incoloy 800 are chromium carbide, titanium carbide and titanium nitride. Incoloy 800H Hex Head Bolts are easy to machine using standard methods. Thermoforming of Incoloy 800 is done in the temperature range of 870 to 1200 ¡ãC (1600 to 2200 ¡ãF). Incoloy 800 screws are used in power plants.

Incoloy 800 fasteners resist oxidation at high temperatures, a problem with most stainless steel alloys. Fasteners made from Incoloy 800 are also in great demand in petrochemical and chemical processing. Even when exposed to very high temperatures, Incoloy 800H fasteners maintain a very stable structure, making them very practical and sought after in many industries.

Similar to Inconel grades, Incoloy grade alloys have nickel and chromium as the main base elements. The only difference between these two alloy classes is their chemical composition. Inconel alloys contain almost more than 50% nickel, while Incoloy alloys are not only less than 50% nickel, but the alloys also contain iron. Known as a heat-resistant alloy, Inconel 825 has excellent properties. The most interesting properties of Incoloy 825 fasteners are their high creep resistance and high mechanical strength despite prolonged exposure to heat. The importance of these attributes in particular is considered critical across multiple industries.

Chemically, Incoloy fasteners are composed of nickel, iron and chromium as the primary alloy materials. In addition to these elements, trace amounts of molybdenum, copper and titanium are added to the B425 N08825 alloy. Components made from this alloy, including various Inconel 825 bolts and nuts, are less prone to deformation. This is because the alloy has a stable FCC microstructure. Like many conventional austenitic grade stainless steels, Alloy 825 threaded rod has a stable austenitic structure.

Inconel 825 fasteners have excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids in addition to general corrosion. These Incoloy 825 fasteners also resist stress-related corrosion cracking, localized corrosion such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Incoloy 825 is particularly resistant to acids such as sulfuric and phosphoric acid. Austenitic stabilizing elements such as nickel, one of the main alloying agents for nickel alloy 825 hex bolts, remain unchanged even in high temperature environments. Since the structure remains unchanged, the DIN 2.4858 studs are less likely to deform.

Incoloy 825 hex nuts are known for their tight tolerances and precise dimensions. Incoloy 825 Heavy Duty Hex Nuts offer excellent resistance to localized corrosion such as reducing and oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and pitting and crevice corrosion. These Incoloy 825 nuts have good mechanical properties from low to moderately high temperatures. However, exposure of these alloy 825 nuts to temperatures above 1000¡ãF results in microstructural changes that significantly reduce ductility and impact strength.

Inconel 725 Nuts, also known as UNS N07725 Nuts, are highly corrosion resistant and age hardenable for extreme strength. It is used in a wide range of severely corrosive environments. Age hardened Alloy 725 nuts are twice as strong as annealed Alloy 625. Inconel 725 Hex Nuts are an excellent choice for the petrochemical and process industries. They are also commonly used in marine applications where high strength fasteners that resist seawater corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion are required.

Hastelloy C22 fasteners are a general-purpose grade composed of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and tungsten alloys. These designs are designed to increase resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking (SSC) and crevice corrosion cracking. It has high chromium content and good resistance to oxidizing media. Durable and strong, these fasteners can be used in a variety of applications. Hastelloy c22/C276 fasteners have good dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance, durability, high durability, high flexibility, strong structure, high tensile strength and other characteristics. The presence of molybdenum and tungsten provides good resistance to reducing media. The nickel content of Hastelloy c22 fasteners provides admirable resistance to oxidizing aqueous media. These fasting agents also work well wet in environments containing chlorine, formic acid, and acetic acid.

Incoloy 800H and 800HT are members of the Incoloy 800 family of alloys and have the same chemical composition, but slightly different levels of carbon, titanium and aluminum. We manufacture Incoloy 800/H/HT fasteners with excellent resistance to oxidation, water and reducing environments. Due to their excellent tensile strength and toughness, these fasteners can operate efficiently in high temperature and high pressure environments.

Hastelloy c22 fasteners are also resistant to wear in high temperature atmospheres and corrosive environments. Some of the environments in which these fasteners exhibit resistance are oxidizing media, reducing media, chloride environments, and sulfur environments. They are resistant to attack by chemicals such as nitric acid, chlorine, sulfur, acetic acid, organic, inorganic, phosphorus, etc.

Alloy 20 bolts are made from nichrome with a composition of 32.5% nickel, 19% chromium, carbon, copper, molybdenum, manganese, silicon, columbium and iron. Alloy 20 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum stainless steel alloy developed for applications involving sulfuric acid. Its corrosion resistance also finds other uses in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and plastics industries. Alloy 20 resists pitting and chloride corrosion, and its copper content protects it from sulfuric acid. Alloy 20 is not SS, but a nickel alloy (ASTM).

Incoloy Alloy 800 / 800H / 800HT Fasteners (Nuts and Bolts) series for extreme corrosion resistance even in sour environments. Due to the high nickel and chromium content, Incoloy 800 bolts resist oxidation and carburization at high temperatures. The nickel content provides very good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting. By conventional methods, these fasteners are formed by cold and hot working processes. To increase ductility and hardness, our highly developed cells perform standard welding and forming processes.

Alloy B Its popularity has been hindered by its availability. All of these materials are good against reducing acids, but very hard against oxidizing acids. Due to the high molybdenum content, this alloy is relatively expensive than other alloys. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance to medium-concentrated sulfuric acid and various non-oxidizing acids, good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and good resistance to various organic acids.
