Monel 400 es una aleacion de niquel-cobre con excelente resistencia a la corrosion en una variedad de medios.

Monel 400 es una aleacion de niquel-cobre resistente a la corrosion en muchos entornos. Consiste en dos solidos cristalinos que forman un nuevo solido.

Una aleacion de niquel-cobre con alta resistencia y excelente resistencia a la corrosion en una variedad de ambientes acidos y alcalinos, especialmente para condiciones reductoras. Tambien tiene buena ductilidad y conductividad termica.

Si bien es un metal muy util, tiene un costo prohibitivo en la mayoria de las aplicaciones. Monel 400 cuesta de 5 a 10 veces mas que el niquel o el cobre normales.

Monel 400 es una de las pocas aleaciones que conserva la resistencia a temperaturas bajo cero, asi que utilicela en estas situaciones.

MONEL K500 es una aleacion de niquel-cobre que se puede endurecer por precipitacion mediante la adicion de aluminio y titanio.

MONEL K500 conserva las excelentes propiedades de resistencia a la corrosion de 400, con mayor resistencia y dureza despues del endurecimiento por precipitacion en comparacion con 400.

La aleacion K500 tiene aproximadamente tres (3) veces el limite elastico y el doble de la resistencia a la traccion de 400 en comparacion con 400. MONEL K500 se puede fortalecer aun mas mediante el trabajo en frio antes del endurecimiento por precipitacion.

Las aplicaciones tipicas de la alta resistencia y resistencia a la corrosion de MONEL K500 son ejes de bombas, impulsores, ejes de helices, componentes de valvulas para barcos y torres de perforacion en alta mar, pernos, collares de pozos de petroleo y componentes de instrumentacion para la produccion de petroleo y gas.

El material Monel K500 tiene excelentes propiedades mecanicas. Tienen una resistencia a la traccion minima de 140Ksi y un limite elastico minimo de 100Ksi. La aleacion tiene una dureza de 280 Rockwell y se puede estirar facilmente en un 29 %.

MONEL K500 no es magnetico. MONEL K500 debe recocerse cuando se suelda, luego la soldadura debe liberarse de la tension antes del envejecimiento.

Inconel 625 is a high performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its high strength, temperature and corrosion resistance. This superalloy is primarily composed of nickel (at least 58%), followed by chromium, molybdenum, niobium, iron, tantalum, cobalt, and trace amounts of manganese, silicon, aluminum, and titanium.

INCOLOY alloys belong to the category of super austenitic stainless steels. These alloys use nickel-chromium-iron as the base metal and add additives such as molybdenum, copper, nitrogen and silicon. These alloys are known for their excellent strength at high temperatures and good corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive environments.

Incoloy 800 is primarily used in applications up to 1100¡ãF, where 800H and 800HT alloys are typically used where creep and rupture resistance is required above 1100¡ãF. The chemical balance allows nickel steel alloys to exhibit excellent resistance to carburizing, oxidizing and nitriding atmospheres.

INCOLOY Alloy 800 can be hot worked in the temperature range of 871-1232¡ãC (1600-2250¡ãF).

The high nickel content of Inconel 600 (at least 72% nickel) combined with the chromium content provides many benefits to users of Nickel Alloy 600.

Its chromium content makes the alloy resistant to sulfur compounds and various oxidizing environments. The chromium content of this alloy makes it superior to commercially pure nickel under oxidizing conditions. In strong oxidizing solutions such as hot concentrated nitric acid, 600 is less resistant. Alloy 600 is relatively immune to most neutral and alkaline salt solutions and is used in some corrosive environments. The alloy is resistant to steam and mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide.

Because of its versatility, and because it is a standard engineering material for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance, many different critical industries use Nickel Alloy 600 in their applications.

Alloy 600 is non-magnetic, has excellent mechanical properties and a combination of high strength and good machinability, and is easy to weld. Inconel 600 has the cold forming properties typically associated with chrome-nickel stainless steels.

Inconel ? 600 is a member of the Inconel family of superalloys. A standard engineering material, this versatile nickel-chromium alloy has high corrosion and heat resistance.

Alloy 600 also has excellent mechanical properties with high strength and good machinability.

Alloy C276 is a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy containing W and very low carbon and Si content.

Hastelloy C276 material is designed with good mechanical properties. They have a minimum tensile strength of 601Mpa and a minimum yield strength of 204Mpa. This material makes the alloy easy to machine and elongate.

Hastelloy C276 has excellent resistance to pitting, oxidation and stress corrosion cracking environments. Hastelloy is an alloy mainly composed of nickel, molybdenum and chromium, which is known for its high corrosion resistance. Its ductility, flexibility, durability, and other properties make it one of the most popular alloys for industry and household use.

Alloy C-276 prevents the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat affected zone, making it useful in most welding conditions for chemical processes.

Nickel-based alloys are very useful materials for making high-quality tubular products. One of the key reasons is their excellent corrosion resistance in both waterborne and high temperature applications.

2.4819 has very good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, C276 is worth mentioning for its excellent resistance to aggressive media under oxidizing and reducing conditions.

Monel 400 is resistant to steam and sea water as well as highly corrosive solutions such as sulfuric, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids after degassing. It has excellent solderability and can withstand very high pressure and weight. The alloy has excellent mechanical properties at sub-zero temperatures, with a melting point of 2370¡ã – 2460¡ã F, and the product can be used at temperatures up to 1000¡ã C.

Alloy C-276 is one of the most versatile corrosion-resistant alloys available today.

Alloy C276 is a nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy C276 is designed for excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance in a variety of environments. These alloys also show resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Hastelloy C-276 alloy has excellent resistance to a variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizing agents (such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride), hot fouling media (organic and inorganic), chlorine, formic and acetic acid, acetic anhydride, and Seawater and brine solutions.

It can be used in flue gas desulfurization systems due to its excellent resistance to sulfur compounds and chloride ions in most scrubbers.
