Alloy 20 Bolts are made up of a nickel chromium alloy that has 32.5% nickel, 19% chromium, carbon, copper, molybdenum, manganese, silicon, columbium and iron in the composition.?The material is also known as carpenter 20 for its usage in wooden applications.

Stainless Steel 904L bolt is a member of the alloy steel family, which conservatively possess 10 per cent to 30 per cent of chromium element. This element offers extended resistance towards heat and corrosive condition, being low by the proportion of carbon. The Alloy 20 stainless steel hex nut has a plain finish and meets American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME B18.2.2 specifications. It has six flat sides that a wrench can grip to turn from the side, enabling use when there is no space above the nut. Alloy 20 stainless steel offers better corrosion resistance in many aggressive environments than 316 stainless steel. The material may be slightly magnetic.

Stainless Steel UNS N08904 stud bolt is hardnable and martensitic stainless steel with corrosion resistance similar to Type410, and also has higher carbon content to increase strength and hardness over Type 410. These stainless steel DIN1.4539 stud bolts can also be hardened through heat treatment, where in the instance, the material is heated to a minimum of 1472 degree F then quenched and cooled.

Alloy 20 Heavy Hex Nuts, also referred to as structural nuts, are both thicker and wider than a standard (finished) hex nut and compatible with high strength and large diameter bolts. Nuts in sizes 7/16″ and smaller are double chamfered. Nuts larger than 7/16″ are either double chamfered or chamfered on top with a washer faced bearing surface. They are most commonly used in construction and engineering applications and paired with heavy hex (structural) bolts.

AISI 904L stud bolts are manufactured to ASTM A182 F904L forged material. AISI 904L stud bolts are manufactured from ASTM A276/A276M and A479/A479M bar stock specifications. These stainless steel 904L stud bolts are constructed with dimensions referenced to various ASME/DIN/ISO/UNI/PN/BS and BIS standards. AISI 904L stud bolts are duly marked for traceability.

Grade 2H nuts are recommended for use with bolts in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They are made from steel with the following chemical composition: Carbon: 0.4% min; Manganese: 1.0% max; Phosphorus: 0.04% max; Sulfur: 0.05% max; Silicon: 0.40% max. Grade 2H Nuts are heat-treated and have a Core Hardness of Rockwell C24-C38.

The alloy 20 stainless steel flat washer has a plain finish. The flat washer provides a bearing surface for fastener load distribution or is used as a spacer between components. Alloy 20 stainless steel is strong and provides better corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical environments than 316 stainless steel. The material may be slightly magnetic.

ASME SA 479 Duplex Steel UNS S32205 Hex Bolts are commonly used in chemical processing, transportation and storage – pressure vessels, tanks, piping and heat exchangers. ASTM A479 Duplex Stainless Steel 1.4462 Bolts have excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, as well as excellent resistance to localized corrosion, including intergranular, pitting, and crevice corrosion.

254 SMO bolts are made from (UNS S31254) austenitic stainless steel which is very resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion due to its high molybdenum content. This metal is designed for use in halide-containing environments, such as seawater.

The microstructure and composition of the duplex 2205 alloy provides corrosion resistance superior to Type 316 or 317 in many environments, and its minimum yield strength is more than double that of conventional austenitic stainless steels.

Stainless Steel 316L fasteners are made of low carbon austenitic stainless steel. The material is carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, 18% chromium, 2% molybdenum, 10% nickel and nitrogen. There are different types of fasteners such as SS UNS S31600 square bolts, hex bolts, screws, nuts and washers.

UNS S31803 Bolt is a threaded fastener with external threads. Generally, like screws, alloy S31803 bolts tend to use a variety of head designs.

317L stainless steel was developed as an upgrade to 316L stainless steel with increased nickel and molybdenum content.

317L stainless steel fasteners are used in applications utilizing reclaimed water, such as power generation and pulp mill condensers. Other common uses are in the food and beverage industry.

Stainless steel grade UNS S31803 is highly resistant to intergranular corrosion due to its low carbon content, which prevents carbide precipitation at grain boundaries.

904L fasteners come in different types such as bolts, studs, nuts, washers, socket head caps, screws, clamps and more.

ASTM A1082 specification alloy S31803 fasteners have higher pitting and crevice corrosion than stainless steel alloy 316. Due to its higher corrosion resistance, alloy grade UNS S31803 is able to exhibit better fatigue strength than other commonly used austenitic stainless steel grades in environments containing corrosive media.

Stainless steel Din 1.4539 fasteners are the basic identification of stainless steel 904L fasteners, which add a large amount of selenium and copper to a solution of phosphorus to improve resistance performance.

Monel k500 ASTM material provides advanced quality corrosion protection from hydrofluoric acid, salts, alkalinity and more. Monel NiCu k500 hex bolts are also resistant to seawater and steam, so they are a solid choice for marine applications.

Super Duplex 2507 bolts (EN 1.4410 ) are made of stainless steel alloy containing 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel.

Monel K500 fasteners also have some excellent seawater resistance for marine applications. Monel fasteners also have some high-strength metals that have good toughness at high temperatures.

One of the most widely used general purpose grades of hardenable Inconel alloys, Inconel 718 contains chromium-nickel with minor additions of aluminum and titanium.

Fasteners have excellent resistance to pitting and crevice cracking. In addition, we offer fasteners with excellent resistance to water corrosion, general corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking.

Duplex stainless steel fasteners are made from alloys with high chromium content and low to moderate nickel content.

Another reason for the good mechanical properties of duplex stainless steel fasteners can be attributed to the mixed but balanced austenitic and ferritic microstructure present in the alloy.

Due to the alloy’s very high mechanical strength, dual-phase fastener manufacturers can reduce the weight of their designs by thinning the cross-section of the final product, proving a cost-saving alternative to other grades of stainless steel.

Also known as standard duplex stainless steel, these 2205 duplex bolts are one of the most widely used stainless steel grades.
