A stainless steel 304 short radius elbow has a radius that is longer than the outside diameter of the pipe it is installed on. These accessories fall under ASTM A403 specification. Their nominal diameters range from 1/8″ to 48″. The standards for these dimensions are ASME B16.9 and B16.28. 304 stainless steel 90 degree elbows are commonly used elbows.

Monel 400 contains the same levels of nickel and copper as the natural nickel ore found.
