Inconel Alloy 600 tubing is made from a non-magnetic, nickel-chromium alloy known for its good oxidation resistance at high temperatures. In fact, Inconel Alloy 600 (UNS N06600) was designed for use from cryogenic to elevated temperatures up to and surpassing 2000 degrees F. Inconel Alloy 600 tubing possesses great mechanical properties, a good combination of high strength with good workability, and is weldable without difficulty. Inconel? Alloy 600 is not precipitative hardenable, it is hardened and strengthened solely through cold work.

A unique feature of this particular Gamma Prime strengthened alloy is its superior mechanical strength between -423 ¡ãF to 1300 ¡ãF. The production of Alloy 718 Condenser and Heat-Exchanger Tubes is in accordance with specification ASTM B163. In several industries, the application of heat exchangers includes the cooling as well as heating of large scale manufacturing systems.

Designed to be used for general corrosive applications, the nickel based Incoloy 825 Tubing is often produced keeping in accordance with the ASTM B163/ASME SB 163 specification. 800H can not be corroded in many kinds of media. Its higher nickel content made it have good stress corrosion resistance cracking properties in the water corrosion condition. High chromium content made it better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. This alloy can resist nitric acid and organic acid, but it is not so fine in the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
800H have good corrosion resistance to both oxidation and non-oxidizing salt, but maybe a little pitting in halide, and also excellent properties in the mixture of water, smoke, steam, air and carbon dioxide.
