ASTM A182 F304L Flange

This specification includes flanges for pressure vessel grade applications. The material has good strength and general corrosion resistance, high operating temperature. The minimum yield strength of 304 stainless steel flange is 215MPa, and the minimum tensile strength is 505MPa.

The material can withstand temperatures up to 870 degrees Celsius. There are different types of flanges such as SS 304 slip flange for precision applications of seamless pipes. Flanges are available in nominal bore diameters from ?” to 48″. There are also different pressure classes in A182 F304 flanges, ranging from 150 to 2500, also known as pressure numbers. Pressure values vary from PN6 to PN64.

Stainless steel 304 flanges are suitable for high temperature service. SS Werkstoff No 1.4301 Socket Weld Flanges have sockets welded on them for more connections and Stainless Steel 304 RTJ flanges have ring joints for easy connection.
