The exhibition of Zhengzhou Huitong forged flange 316l flange
Stainless steel 316L flanges are a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. It also facilitates cleaning, inspection or modification.
316L stainless steel flanges are the standard molybdenum grade, second only to 304 in austenitic stainless steels. Compared to 304, molybdenum imparts better overall corrosion resistance to 316, especially higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. Stainless steel 316L flanges are also used to connect valves, pumps and other equipment in piping systems. However, in those environments with sufficiently corrosive media that may cause intergranular corrosion in welds and heat affected zones, ASTM A182 F316L stainless steel pipe flanges should be used because its alloy contains a low carbon content.
