Bolts made from Alloy 926 are a super austenitic molybdenum stainless steel with comparable corrosion resistance to Super Duplex 2507, but with slightly lower strength and cost. Chemically nearly identical to 6-molybdenum alloys AL6XN and SMO 254, alloy 926 is commonly used in paper mills, desalination and mild acid environments.

Carbon steel forgings, manufactured in accordance with ASTM A105, are generally used for piping applications. These forged carbon steel piping components (including flanges, fittings, and valves, etc) are used for ambient- and higher-temperature service in pressure systems. The A105N, which is designated with a suffix ¡°N¡±, denotes that the A105 forging shall be furnished in normalized condition. If the forgings are used for piping applications of ASME BPVC or ASME B31, the material shall be its identical equivalent of SA-105 or SA-105N. In short, the heat treatment of normalization distinguishes A105N from A105, or SA-105N from SA-105. ASTM A105 Flange is a specification of flanges. The specification can include different grades of stainless steel material made flanges. The flanges are of forged carbon steel and are meant for high temperature services.

The Stainless Steel 304 Round Bar, as the name suggests is made up of 304 grade stainless steel material. It has around 18% chromium and 8% nickel in its chemical composition. The round bar shows high resistance to corrosion and enhanced strength properties. The material is quite strong with around 515 Mpa min tensile strength and min yield strength of 205 MPa.

The schedules of the fittings range from 5s to XXS.Fittings over NPS12, produced by locally heating a portion of the fitting stock to any temperature for forming, shall be annealed, normalized, or normalized and tempered. And these fittings inlcudes elbow, tee, reducers, the carbon content shall les than 0.26%. NPS12 under no need to be heat treated under this forming process.

Inconel 625 bolts can be used in a variety of corrosive environments due to their ability to prevent stress corrosion, crevice corrosion and pitting corrosion. In mild applications such as atmospheric, fresh or salt water, neutral salts and alkaline media are almost completely tolerated. In more severe cases, nickel and chromium content provides resistance to oxidizing chemicals. Inconel 625 bolts are also resistant to non-oxidizing environments.

Designed specifically for low-temperature usage, this carbon steel grade shares close similarities with ASTM A105N (SA105N) grade. This grade requires notch durability testing, and applicable for many industries.

Compared with ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel pipe has good welding performance. It is neither like the welding heat affected zone of ferritic stainless steel, because of the grain coarsening, the plastic toughness is greatly reduced, nor like austenitic stainless steel, it is more sensitive to welding hot cracks.

The molybdenum gives SS 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than Stainless Steel 304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.

Carbon steel is a steel in which the main alloying element is carbon. Carbon steel can be made harder and stronger through heat treatment. These hardness and strength measurements are determined by the carbon content – the higher the carbon content, the harder and stronger the steel will be.

UNS N10665 or W.Nr. 2.4617, Hastelloy B2 (also known as “Alloy B2”), is a solid solution reinforced Ni Mori with low additions of carbon, silicon and iron. It can be used to reduce chemical environment and chemical processing industry. However, Hastelloy B2 should not be used in temperatures from 1000¡ãF to 1600¡ãF and should not be used in oxidizing media.

The yield strength of this material is almost two times that of the usually used austenitic stainless steel grade.
