Welded pipe processing equipment of inconel 625 NCF 625 pipes
Some typical applications for Inconel 625 include chemical processing, aerospace and marine engineering, pollution control equipment and nuclear reactors. This nickel alloy has excellent weldability and is often used to weld AL-6XN. This alloy is resistant to a variety of severe corrosive environments, especially pitting and crevice corrosion.
Inconel 625 tube is a nickel-chromium superalloy tube composed of 58% nickel, 20% chromium, carbon, manganese, silicon, iron, sulfur, aluminum and titanium. The pipes have strong corrosion resistance. At high temperatures, most alloys deteriorate rapidly due to oxidation. However, at temperatures up to 1050¡ãC, Inconel 625 clad pipe is an alloy that is not susceptible to rot due to oxidation. Ordinary steel grades API 5L X65 or X70 cannot work properly due to the presence of more corrosive contaminants, especially H2S and CO2, in oil or gas extracted from deep seas. Inconel 625 alloy has demonstrated excellent corrosion resistance to this corrosive environment.
